      • As you can see the image represents the Opera de Paris (by Garnier) and it has been modified so on the front (above first floor) we can read "ALBERT LEVY"

  • At the same time he also had a bookshop in France, 19 rue de la Chaussée-d'Antin, Paris (3). 
  • The Bibliothèque Nacionale de France also has another reference in 1901: "22 janvier 1901, A. Lévy, 4 av. Pinel, Asnières" (3)

• • • Villa d'Asnières municipal archive indicates that he worked at 4 avenue Pinel until his death on 1931. (29)

We can also find advertisement of his "French emulsion" in the Philadelphia photographer. For example in the 1878 issue.

Furthermore Albert Levy had the right to sell picture by the most famous photographers in the world at that time, like Baldus. We can see in the Hunt collection at the Library of Congress that Richard Morris Hunt owned a Baldus signed by Baldus and with Albert Levy's blindstamp:
